In the 1970s, the House Select Committee on Assassinations (HSCA) reversed the Warren Commission and found that Oswald did not work alone.
New Orleans District Attorney Jim Garrison found that Lee Harvey Oswald and David Ferrie worked for Clay Shaw (and Guy Bannister) on efforts to run guns from New Orleans and Houston to Miami for the CIA’s Bay of Pigs Invasion. George H. W. Bush managed the Bay of Pigs Invasion for the CIA, which his father, Prescott Bush, helped to create and run.
E. Howard Hunt of the CIA stated on video, in 2007, that he helped to kill President Kennedy and he named the other CIA men involved, including Frank Sturgis. Hunt also stated that Vice President Lyndon Johnson led this group of CIA men.
Marita Lorenz testified by deposition in Hunt v Liberty Lobby (1985) that she and Frank Sturgis (etc) brought the guns with scopes to Dallas to kill Kennedy. She stated that E. Howard Hunt met them in Dallas with an envelope full of money and that Jack Ruby (of the Chicago mob) met them later that night, the night before the assassination.

James Files of the Chicago mob stated that he shot Kennedy in the upper right corner of his face. Files said that he put his short (CIA) rifle with a scope under his coat and walked right past the police officers and parade spectators who were running towards the sound of his shot on the Grassy Knoll. Spectators reported seeing the puff of smoke.
Files stated that Charles Nicoletti of the Chicago mob shot Kennedy in the back. Nicoletti grew up in a street gang with Sam Giancana, boss of the Chicago mob.
LBJ’s top donors, Texas oil moguls Clint Murchison and H. L. Hunt, were in the Dallas Petroleum Club with George H. W. Bush of the CIA.
Murchison’s oil engineer, George de Mohrenschildt had many CIA friends and his brother Dimitri’s son was George H. W. Bush’s roommate at Phillips Academy in Andover, CT, when Bush was in prep school.
George de Mohrenschildt testified before the Warren Commission that his close association with Lee Harvey Oswald was sanctioned by the CIA (possibly agent J. Walton Moore, who was involved in a CIA-connected anti-communist Russian speakers club in Dallas with both of them).
Twenty percent of Clint Murchison’s oil business was owned by Carlos Marcello, boss of the New Orleans mob.
The New Orleans and Chicago mobs worked together on gambling and prostitution throughout the South and in Las Vegas.
Murchison and LBJ feted FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover (LBJ’s neighbor) at Murchison’s mobbed up dog track in Dallas.
Murchison put up J. Edgar Hoover for free at his El Charro hotel in La Jolla, CA, near his Del Mar horse track. Also on the hotel’s register were Carlos Marcello, Sam Giancana, and Richard Nixon.

The night before the Kennedy Assassination, LBJ’s long-time mistress, Madeleine Brown, was at a party at her friend Clint Murchison’s family home in Dallas.
LBJ arrived late, after 11 PM, after flying in from campaigning in Houston.
Richard Nixon arrived late after attending a Pepsi convention in Dallas. Nixon was a Pepsi attorney.
Also at the meeting was J. Edgar Hoover, Clint Murchison, H. L. Hunt, Jack Ruby (who knew H. L. Hunt), John McCloy (the Rockefeller man who founded the OSS), and several other men of the Dallas Petroleum Club.
Madeleine Brown said that LBJ told her on the way to the car that the Kennedys would not embarrass him anymore, “after tomorrow”.
Kennedy supported CIA coups in Cuba and South Vietnam but refused to back them up with full-blown US military invasions.

James Files stated that Lee Harvey Oswald did not shoot at Kennedy that day, but the thumbprint of LBJ’s fixer, Mac Wallace was found on the wall at the window for the sniper’s nest in the building that Oswald worked at, and Oswald’s gun and fingerprints were also found there.
