Cigar review: Jose l. Piedra

So i got back over the border to spain again, and bought some different smokes, my box of quintero brevas actually got stolen along with some clothes, but now I got to stock up on some new ones. I ended up buying a couple of montecristo and partagas. But today let’s deal with a quite cheap find in the Habanos selection.

This is a very decent everyday cigar, since it’s quite small of size but still has a long and clean burn.

Already from the beginning this cigar impressed me with a really nutty flavor, and impressively good to smoke, you get quite good puffs but it doesn’t overwhelm you.

A little further in to the cigar you will find a definite taste of leather, and a hint of musk.

But eventually, as I feel about all cheap cigars start to taste a little sour towards the end.

But all in all an exceptional smoke for the super low price of 1€ a pop.
