Here I try to explain it to you all ..
For a smoker, cigarettes are already a part of everyday life even smoking has become a major requirement when compared with other things. Though they all know that smoking is very damaging to health. However, the only regret exists because to quit smoking is very difficult.
For example in Surabaya here stand some very famous cigarette factory and many people who work in the cigarette factory. If this factory is closed in Surabaya it will probably be a lot of people who lost their jobs.
Cigarettes have a huge tax value for the State. This can be seen on the cigarette pack attached to the upper corner of the cigarette pack. For example, Marlboro cigarettes taxed in a cigarette IDR 555. In a pack of Marlboro cigarettes containing 20 sticks of cigarette, if we multiply IDR 555X20 stem = IDR 11,100. The selling price of a packet of Marlboro cigarettes IDR 22,000. Can we conclude in a pack of cigarettes State gets 50.5% tax.
