This isn't even remotely ambiguous. Kamala Harris is the current vice president and her parents were not US citizens at the time of her birth. There's this pesky thing called the 14th amendment that stipulates those born in the US are natural born citizens. Both Harris and Haley were born in the US.

We don't talk enough that several Republican presidential candidates want to end birthright citizenship. Also just a reminder when Trump et al get all worked up about the Colorado and Maine disqualifications, Trump tried to get Ted Cruz deemed ineligible for the presidency in 2016 for a similar dubious birthright citizenship claim. And of course many Republicans including Trump tried to get Obama deemed ineligible for the presidency for the same reason.
