One of the sights of modern Kazan (the main city of Tatarstan) is the cable-stayed bridge across the Kazanka river.
In the Tatar language, the millennium is written as "Меннъеллык" (Mennellik). The same letter "M".
The pylon in the shape of the letter 'M' has more than 45 meters in height and 64 meters in the base. The total length of the bridge is 1524 meters, which includes a 318-meter guyed part, a 517-meter beam section and 689 meters of road crossings, with approaches to the bridge over 3 kilometers. Mennellik was built by the millennium of Kazan and was opened on August 30, 2007.
Residents of Kazan, in jest, called the bridge "Linoleum."
In Kazan there is one more letter "M". It is installed on the "Orenburg road" at the entrance to the city near the village of Primavera.
