The Little Red Lighthouse is a 40 foot tall lighthouse on Jeffery's Hook in Upper Manhattan. The lighthouse was originally constructed in 1889 in Sandy Hook, NJ, but was moved to its current location under the George Washington Bridge in 1921. While it is non-operational now, the lighthouse is still a point of interest and is visited by many as a small glimpse of 19th Century construction still left in New York City.
