Hi everyone/皆さんこんにちは

I'm going to write about ”SIGN” in Berlin for @aaronli's photo contest of "A City a story" today. I also would like to nominate to a project of "1001 places to remember" by @archisteem.

今週も@aaronliさんのフォトコンテスト「ひとつの街にひとつの物語」に参加させて戴きます。今回のお題は「看板」なのでベルリンのことを書きたいと思います。またこのポストで@archisteemさん主催の「覚えておきたい1001の場所」のプロジェクトにも参加できればと思っています。もし興味がある方がおられたらこの記事の下にリンクがありますし、もし良かったらコメントなどで尋ねて戴きましたら詳しくご紹介させて戴きます。

Let me show you some normal signs... Yes, this is Berlin so many signs get arranged from Berliners who love art.

まずは一般的な広告から。そう、ここはベルリン。もはや広告なのか落書きされているのかよくわかりません。

This is a supermarket sometimes I visit. I forget why I took this photo, but I think this is somehow like "the advertisement" that's why I took this I remember... kind of interesting :)

こちらはたまに利用するスーパーマーケット、カイザーの広告。なんで撮ったんだったかよく覚えてませんが「The 広告」って感じなのにちょっとウケたんだったように思いますw　ちなみに「HANDELN IM WANDEL」とは「変化に対応する」という意味のようです。

This is a record shop. There's still some record shops around this area, but this is one of the most attractive one... those records are real one of course. Many old buildings like this has half basement space so it's interesting to see and enter those shops from down stairs.

こちらはレコード店です。とってもわかり易いですね^^ もちろん貼り付いている全てのレコードは本物です。ベルリンの古いビルではこんな風に半地下にお店があることが多くて、地上から降りて行くのはちょっとワクワクする感じがします。

This is a comic book store. I love this!

これはドイツの漫画本を扱うお店のようです。お洒落でしょう^^

This is a candy shop sign I remember... guess so!

確かチョコレートショップだったかと思うんですが…そんな感じですよね？

This is a handicraft store. They decorate very nice around this shop but unfortunately I don't have good photos to introduce for everyone, so I'll take one next time... while I'm in Berlin.

こちらもまた半地下にある手芸屋さんです。もしかしたら@akipponnさん、行ったことがあるかな？　夏や天気がいい日は開いているので入りやすいですが、閉まってるとちょっとなんだか入って行くのに勇気がいる感じです（しかもドイツ語話せないので）。

Some stores in Berlin have small windows like this, we call "show case" in Japan. Each shops decorate this space as they like... it is fun to see these pretty and artistic windows like this.

ベルリンのお店にはよく小さい窓のような、ショーウィンドウのようなものがあって、お店ごとに工夫していて見るのが楽しいです。

This is a decoration space for a cocktail bar of which I love to go :-)

こちらはお気に入りのカクテルバーのお店のデコレーションです。

This is a decoration for a beer and sports bar. We can enjoy watching Football with big screen and also football game too.

こちらはなんと言いますか、大衆居酒屋というか、食べ物はスナックしか出していないので地元のビールを飲む場所的なところですね。大型スクリーンがあってサッカーの中継なんかがあったり、フットボールゲームがあるのでこんなデコレーションがされています。

This is a sign of bicycle shop. Yes, it is just stay there. But this works well with small advertisement board which says "BIKES4U NEW and OLD" and streets name on this shop. Because of flat land, bicycle is good transportation for every Berliners so It's not difficult to find bicycle stores in this area. They sell new or second hand bicycles, some stuff like helmet or gloves and of course they do maintenance our bicycles quite reasonable price... I sometimes visit this kind of shops around my apartment.

こちらは自転車屋さんの看板?です。看板というより駐めてるだけです。でも「新車も中古も揃ってます」という文言が住所と一緒に書かれていてお洒落な広告を演出?しています。ベルリンは比較的高低差がないフラットな土地なので、本当に多くの自転車が行き来しています。車道のすぐ横に自転車レーンがあります。皆さん、ヘルメットを被らないと怖いくらいのスピードで走ります。その分といいますか、街にはあちらこちらに自転車屋さんがあって、販売はもちろんですがメンテナンスしてくれるから頼もしいです。

This is another bicycle shop sign with LED. We can see this kind of hang wall signs like car for car shop or toilet bowl(!) for toilet company in Japan in these days. These are very unique signs.

もうひとつ自転車屋の看板を。最近は日本でも車や便器(!)が壁に貼り着いてたり、ユニークな看板が多くなりましたね。これもベルリンの自転車屋さんの看板で、夕方になるとLEDが点灯します。

This is the second floor of Berlin central station(Berlin Hauptbahnhof) and we can see some advertisement in those red circles.

これはベルリン中央駅です。丸い印が付いている場所に広告があるのが解りますでしょうか。

well... I took this because I was a bit surprised this advertisement system is quite analogue... I thank everyone's hard work like that in this digitalization era. It is quite nice to see such a handiwork ;) Thank you very much for reading and appreciate for this great contest by @arronli.

このアナログ広告が気になって思わず撮影してきました。このデジタル化の時代に、こうやって人々が真剣に手作業で働いているのを見るのは何となくホッとするものがありますね。読んでいただいてありがとうございました。コンテスト主催の @aaronliさんにも感謝いたします。
