Civic is on the move again. It is one of the blockchain based company that is flying under the radar and has not taken off in recent altcoins run. They are working on migrating to Rootstock network and it will soon be in news.
Also, Civic has formed some great partnerships and expect to start rolling out news soon. My target is $0.50 in short term and more than $2 in 2018.
