Quick Foot Stretch
Start by sitting on the floor with your legs extended in front of you. Place a towel around the arch of your right foot and hold both ends in your left hand. Gently pull the towel towards you as you flex your foot, feeling the stretch in your calf and Achilles tendon. Hold for 30 seconds, then repeat on the other side.

Low Lunge Stretch
The low lunge stretch is a great way to increase flexibility in your hips and thighs. To do this stretch, start in a low lunge position with your right foot forward and your left foot back. Make sure your right knee is directly over your right ankle and your left knee is bent at a 90-degree angle. Keeping your torso upright, lean forward until you feel a stretch in your left hip. Hold this position for 30 seconds, then switch sides.
