I met Cat the owner while returning from a delivery.

He explained to me that Fairlane was the name of Henry Ford's estate. He was very proud of little Beauty.

He said just bought her a few weeks ago. The engine it's from a Ford thunderbird.

The original owner spent 30,000 fixing her up.

Yet choose to sell her because he lost his storage. Which sucks for him, but Cat is loving the car so. Hope you enjoyed it too. :)20170725_183441.jpg

Awesome Pics - I love seeing cars that have been taken care of - it really showcases our potential value when we actually take of things - obviously here too with the classic cars, this showcases the point of Quality Building.

Quality craftmanship is something i would like to see companies/manufacturers place more emphasis on - you know, Being Built to Last!

I know almost nothing about classic cars, but do appreciate them. My brother once had a Fairlane. Great pics!

You and me both. I know enough to survive. I don't even try to sound like I do. Cause its obvious. Lol yet my dad has been fixing cars since he was in his teens. So I share the love, but the technical I leave to the pros. :)

I'M a Ford fan all the way! A 64 T-bird is my dream car!!!

That's a pretty sweet ride. I'm pretty fond of Oldsmobiles, but one of my dream cars is the Datsun 280zx 2+2 lol

Datsun now that's a name I haven't heard in many years!

Sweet machine Those days are long gone pretty soon citizens will no longer have the privilege of driving.

That's true unfortunately. Between registration fees, inspections, Vin checks, sales tax, property tax, insurance, fuel, and maintenance it's really hard to stay on the good side of the law lately. Though I know oldies are exempt from a few if these, but I mean in general.

that is such a cool car and great shots of it, WOW the previous owner sure put a lot into it sand for him he had to sell it
