This little miniature will be one of 100 pieces (in two books) that composer, Matthew Kennedy has created. His goal is to create 1-2 pieces per day, for any instrumentation or voice, with 100% of the proceeds from sales of the score - both digital and physical - going to New Music USA's New Music Solidarity Fund, an artist-led initiative that aims to grant emergency funding to musicians impacted by COVID-19.
Unfortunately the line up for 50-100 has already filled up! #54 is for organist Jim Roman of Houston, Texas whose beverage choice is an Arnold Palmer. I recorded this to encourage Matthew to compose more works for organ.
