Joined the @cleanplanet project😁

The people who actually read my posts, or some of them...know that I have been writing some concerned posts about our #environment.

I still truely believe that the concern is well justified, and we, the human race, have to make some changes, and we have to do it soon...very soon!

Here is what I mean:

The parking lot outside my sons school

The attitude towards garbage, and where to put it, needs to be changed radically. Why would people dump their garbage right next to the garbage bin, instead of just opening it, and put it in?? That remains a true mystery for me, and it adds multiple questions in my mind...Why are people so lazy and ignorant, and don't they think about the future of this planet??

We really need something, a project of some kind, to motivate people to change their mindset...

Yesterday I got a heads-up by a friend, and fellow Steemian @direwolf 👍

@direwolf shared his knowledge about a project called @cleanplanet a project where you can earn cryptos and upvotes if you join...That sounded to me, excactly like the type of motivation that people could use...

Of course, I not naive...I know that for now, this project will only reach people on #steemit people that are interested in cryptos and blockchain social media...But it's a start...

I decided right away to support this project...So glad that I finally found people, a group that thinks a little like me...fantastic😁👍

So today I delegated some SP to @cleanplanet to show my support, and to show that there is actually people out there in the world who cares, and who tries to do something about it...Cleaning this planet!!

Of course I cleaned up other peoples mess!!

I know that what I did, isn't much...but again, it's a start...
Talked to a few children passing by as I was cleaning up the mess, tried to explain to them what I was doing...and why. And you know what, they actually seemed to listen, and expressed how good an idea they thought it was...
Hoping that this little talk could maybe, just maybe spark a change of mindset in their heads...and maybe...they could even share these ideas with their friends and families...That is how we try to begin to change the world isn't it??

To wrap this up in short, if you worry about OUR planet, and if you want to join a project with the same mindset, @cleanplanet could be what you are looking for!!!

@cleanplanet is the first project dedicated to do something about #pollution and do something to save our #environment, and NOT only cares about making a profit, but uses the profit as motivation to change a basic way of thinking, with the purpose of securing a clean, and better world for us, and our children😁
