I'm just relaying the information because Titus is pretty well respected in the investigative community. And yes, he does like to troll people sometimes just to solicit a response. He has been heavily influenced by the culture of 4chan.org.

One fact that may be in support of Titus is that the video shows Rudy's account as not being verified by Twitter.

There are many things I disagree with @TitusFrost but I don't let it divide me.

    Well, I have never heard of titus frost... He is just some redneck idiot to me... Yes, nobody ever said it was verified by twitter, everyone knows it wasnt verified by twitter, it said "official acount of Rudy Giuliani"... I bring you facts, me and about 10,000 other people on youtube have the screen shots from dec 20th... Youre boyfriend titus frost has NO PROOF....

        The video is the proof bro. I present the evidence, im not here to argue about it. You go get some nobody that Ive never heard of to try and debunk it? Don't you know that's what everyone in the mainstream media is doing, jounalist with half a million followers getting black balled, live ruined over this. Big fun and games for you and titus...           And I could edit my twitter account to say its the official account of tupac - its just free text that means nothing. Listen to what you're being told, this is clearly a fake troll account - Rudy never had a twitter account.

          That said, I understand why it spread so well - what was said is mostly true. Doesn't change the fact that this isn't Rudy Giuliani.
