    yes the plan is to make a smart contract that manages cloud mining, so there will be no more exit scams for cloud mining owners, and it will be virtually impossible to lose money in mining, as long as you hold HTX, you are holding hashpower in your wallet, unless your wallet gets hacked which means you should be learning how to secure your private keys in the first place not cloud mine.
