Today was @kiwijacobs final day at Intermediate school and is off to High School after the Christmas holidays in 2023, our Daughter finished High School early last week while my Partner (primary school Teacher) finished yesterday at midday.
I got up at 6.00am and fed Smudge as he was waiting for me before drinking 2 x glasses of 💦+🍋 Juice ➕Sea 🧂i strapped on my Myzone belt and took off around the 3.5K block.
Around 8.20am this morning i started a 60 minute stairmaster workout which produced 5300 stairs which is up from a couple of days back, i worked harder than normal and managed to get my heartrate into the red - which is good!
Last night we had some super soft steak on the BBQ for dinner with Eggs and Air fried chips, the steak was sensational
Here it is prior to being cooked sitting there seasoned and getting to room temp, of course smudge was hanging around and he did manage to get some cooked steak.
School done for 2022
My partner who is a primary school Teacher got some really nice gifts from the kids in her class, this board was very impressive.
For the past 2 days i have been on a online training session with a company out of the US, its all around industrial Engineering with a focus on Labour standards - its something i do part time
Anyway its time to go get the other 3 Mc Donalds and myself Subway for dinner

It looks like you have some good activities afterward.
Kids in your partner school are so hospitable.., thats what humanity as a whole needs. I hope they maintain such attitude till they get to adult....this is a good lesson to all of us.

My partners school is a Country school so its a bit different from kids in Town or City schools.

Those steaks make me long for grilling season! Alas, we're rainy and only a couple of degrees above freezing, with a good chance for a few snowflakes next week... I'm not that brave!
