Hello people of the Steemit universe on this chilly Friday, i have already been for a walk this morning and managed another 10K.
Two days ago was my 8 week Gyminvesary and in that time i have gone from being 93kg down to my current weight of 84.8kg
8kg all GONE!

Feeling quite proud of what i have accomplished over the past 8 weeks, i am getting fitter and stronger plus more flexible :)

We have a beautiful sunny Winters day here after a 0 degree overnight temp, could be time to do some gardening i think

I am happy for you, some people struggles to shed some weight, but in my case it is the opposite. So I am just trying to be well nourished because gaining weight is impossible. 😆

Thank you @kiwiscanfly, I am assuming also that you are in a healthy diet? It is because it is also important to look after in what we eat because our bodies only can tolerate much before it gives way to things like bad cholesterol, food additives, pollution, and stress before an illness appears.
Watching our diet is a great proactive way in achieving better wellness, it also includes proper supplementation of vitamins and some minerals. 😀👍

Yep my diet did suck big time before i made a change, i used to eat a lot of junk food late at night and i have that 95% under control - still a little work to do on that.
So for the past 8 odd weeks i have been a lot better with late night eating, i also have been drinking around 3 litres more of water per day than i used too.
Lime or lemon in my water is giving me a some extra Vitamin C :)

This was my routine some months back..,unfortunately...., i gave up due to not having the shape i was working for..., hopefully i could get back on this.
