Merry Christmas to all and everybody on the Steem blockchain and i hope your christmas day is going fine, we have a beautiful sunny day here today with temps around 23 degrees.
I got up around 5.45am and had my normal 2 x glasses of Lemon juice n Rocksalt before heading off around the 3.5K block for my morning walkies, the early morning looked great and it was nice to start the day like this.

Here is our Christmas tree this morning just before we started opening presents, even Smudge got some presents LOL.
Everyone seemed to like their presents and i especially liked my new sneakers which are super comfortable, i actually got 2 x new pairs and the other pair i have been using at the gym the last few days - they are super comfortable as well!
After the presents were opened i decided to go the GYM for as Christmas day workout just before our grand lunch
Today at the GYM i just spent 60 minutes on the Stairmaster which produced 5020 steps in 60 minutes, Here are the MYZone stats from my Fitness belt.
I was thinking earlier in the morning about giving the GYM a break today but i am super happy i went as i feel great now, plus why not do some exercise today - here is this Kiwi after my workout.
Our lunch was very yummy with Ham new potatoes and about 4 different salads, some breads plus cheeseboard were also being eaten. plus we had pudding which was a homemade Pavolva with strawberries & chocolate on top.
So that has been my Chrsitmas day so far which has been awesome, i hope you are having a good day as well.

The gym looks empty. I guess most people are taking a break from it today. I am surprise it is open.

When i got to the GYM there was 2 other people and by the time i left the place was empty.

Yeah thats the good thing about the GYM is 24 hours a day and open 7 days a week 365 days a year :)

An incredible day. It really amazes me how it has merged with her exercise routine, so much so that it seems impossible to go a day without it, even when she might think about resting she always ends up working out. How I wish I could be at that level!

The lemon juice is great, I have lemon trees at home, a blessing. It helps a lot to lower cholesterol, it releases harmful fat.
