Hello Steemians!
We are the ICT Coordinators of different schools that composed district 4 of the Department of Education, Lapu-lapu City Division. After all the heavy works in the consolidation of school data for numerous sleepless nights making our slides with the entry of accurate data for the school year presented to our district supervisor, we decided to destress in a resort. We ended up deciding to have it in Cascade Nature Park in Compostela, Cebu. the picture that follows is from mam Irene who was one of us which I grabbed from her Facebook post.
I felt sad looking at this uprooted tree totally fallen as the effect of typhoon Odette last December. According to our driver, the place was very cool before because of the shade of numerous tress which were ruined but recently on its phase of recovery.
We arrived about 8:30 A.M. with few guests around.
This place is very ideal for pre-nuptials and other video coverage in any occasions because it is more placid and the background is so green as the effect of trees and grasses in a huge, open field.
The pool can be the main attraction, getting in the entrance the open, green field gave a warm welcome and to settle advanced booking and financial obligation was done in a building near the pool where we can be attracted to this large, no smell of chlorinated water pool.
We were got attracted to go down the pool because of the natural, cooled water and a factor was our cottage was under the Acasia tree with the shade that extended to the part of the pool inviting us to enjoy with the water.
With the usual activities of the lady with the pictorial to almost every corner of the resort, with the excitement we mistakenly entered a place where we confusingly decided if we were in or out with the following pictures.
This picture was a pose before we enter the big space which we all thought for us.
Thinking that this is a place for kids, that it was a sliding area.
When some guests arrived, one deposited a pet dog on the den we had entered, that time we all realized that it was the dog den, everybody laughed when somebody said he had seen near the entrance an art of dog's footprints. Alas! But we were all there joyfully, and we considered ourselves more than the wild dogs inside with our laughter and being hyperactive in taking pictures. Good thing every wild dog had been cured.
We headed to the back portion where a lot of big trees were found near the big lake, but maybe because of constant raining, the water turned green for many algae which we thought unsafe when we go on Kayaking or Canoeing as inclusion of their services. We continually took pictures and have fun.
We explored the area with more fun and team building with different poses of memories to treasure, every touch we felt the friendly nature. How deserving that nature must be cared for.
