材料:蛋黄3个,牛奶200ml,淡奶油120ml,糖50克,玉米淀粉1大勺,中筋面粉1大勺,香草精1小勺
做法:蛋黄糖香草精中筋面粉和玉米淀粉放进一个碗里,搅拌均匀。
将牛奶和奶油倒入小奶锅中,小火加热,直到边上开始冒泡。
将煮好的牛奶奶油混合物慢慢倒入蛋黄混合物中,同事不停搅拌。
将牛奶和蛋黄混合物倒回锅中,小火加热并搅拌,直到黏稠,这个过程比较长,要有耐心。
放进冰水中快速搅拌降温,卡仕达酱就做好啦。
做好的卡仕达酱倒在容器里用保鲜膜盖好,冰箱保存1周左右。可以冰的直接抹面包做泡芙内陷,也可以加热后浇在甜点上,都很好吃。
