材料:鸡蛋4个,糖100克,玉米油50克,低筋面粉100克
做法:烤箱·350华氏度预热。

蛋液坐浴至温度升到40度左右
打蛋器高速打至蛋液发白并且画8字不消散,改低速打至蛋液泡沫均匀。
面粉过筛加入蛋糊
快速上下翻拌至无颗粒
玉米油倒在搅拌棒上,快速拌匀,再倒再拌匀直至全部加入面糊。
面糊倒入纸杯中,八分满。放入预热好的烤箱内,20分钟。
这些量可以做11-12个杯子蛋糕的量。
