爱看书是很好的习惯啊，而且他看的都还不是闲书。不过视力确实也需要保护，尽量端正他看书时候的姿势吧，还有光线什么的。用眼时间超过半小时就向远处眺望，视疲劳和眼睛干燥会让视力掉的很快。还有如果近视真的进展很快的话，建议带他去专门的眼科医院检查一下，看看有没有病毒或者机体上的损伤
