新加坡辣死你妈风潮 Nasi Lemak Curry Puff Singapore

辣死你妈Nasi Lemak 是一道马来西亚新加坡的国民美食，Nasi Lemak字面上翻译则为椰浆饭。

@auleo小时候，辣死你妈是一顿期盼许久的早餐，因为平日上学的早餐都是白面包配果酱料等，辣死你妈则是周末随父母去市场买菜等等才有机会吃的。

以前小时候的辣死你妈都是包裹在一小片香蕉叶的，长大后，去妈妈档变得什么时候都可点辣死你妈，都是堂食，较少盛在香蕉叶了。

再后来来到新加坡，这里的小贩中心，有很多主打经济面粉的摊贩都放椰浆饭为推销品的-套餐A B C。而新加坡的椰浆饭就真的只有饭是椰浆饭，配料可以是香肠、炸鸡扒、午餐肉、咖喱菜、鸡柳块等五花八门。

去年新加坡麦当劳还推出了椰浆饭汉堡，一时间还蛮夯的，后来就寂静了下来。

近期，新加坡知名小吃连锁老曾记 Old Chang Kee也不甘寂寞，也推出椰浆饭咖喱角，推出初期还要大排长龙或很早就卖完。

直到今天@auleo才看到有机会买这辣死你妈咖喱角尝试：

呵呵，基本上跟老曾记卖的咖喱角没太大分别，只是把马铃薯换去花生和辣江鱼仔；咖喱换去辣死你妈咖喱，饼皮则好像香蕉叶般换去绿色。

如果你刚好近期在新加坡，值得到老曾记 Old Chang Kee尝试这一道结合南洋国民美食Nasi Lemak与咖喱角的辣死你妈咖喱角。个人觉得这口味可能很快就下画了，因为价钱比普通咖喱角稍贵，还是普通的咖喱角比较优胜。
