My Tokyo Trip(4) – Shibuya – Search for horse meat sake and horse sashimi 我的东京之旅(4) – 渋谷 – 寻找马肉酒与马刺身之旅

其實這次東京之旅一直都沒有想過去渋谷的，作為一名男性，沒有太大的購物意欲，再加上對發達都市，高樓大廈不感興趣，高樓大廈在香港還看不夠嗎？但自從在中野一嚐馬肉刺身後，總想再多試一次，這天晚上不知道吃什麼，就決定和朋友到渋谷找馬肉刺身食 XD

Actually I didn’t plan to go to Shibuya for this journey. As a man, I didn’t have desire of shopping, and also I am not interested in skyscrapers of Shinuya. I had seen enough in Hong Kong. But since I had tried horse sashimi in Nakano, I really wanted to try again! So that night I went to Shibuya with my friends to search for horse sashimi!

渋谷是東京之至全日本的流行與時尚中心，與新宿、池袋並稱為東京三大副都心，同時亦有「音樂之街」、「年輕人之街」之稱，在這裡你除了見到無數年青的潮人外，還有很多背著樂器的音樂愛好者。

Shibuya is Tokyo and even Japan’s trendy and fashion center. It is also called the “Street of Music” and “Street for youngster”. You may see lot of trendy young people and also music lovers in Shibuya.

渋谷自江戶時代起已是繁華之地，更是東京的交通要點，日本多個鐵路通車時，總會有渋谷這一車站。直到二戰後，各大百貨公司陸續於渋谷成立總公司，當西武百貨與巴而可先後於渋谷開店後，渋谷開始取代新宿的地方，成立東京年輕人的第一流行基地。

Since the Edo Period, Shubuya was already a bustling district of Tokyo. It was also the major transportation point of Tokyo. After World War II, major department stores of Japan started business in Shibuya. Since Seibu Department Stores and Parco started business in the 1970s, Shibuya replaced Shinjuku as major commercial and entertainment center of Tokyo.

不過這類大都市對我來說不感興趣，成長於香港這個國際大都市，渋谷的高樓大廈，人來人往，以至滿街的電視屏幕、燈光招牌，我都早已見怪不怪，所以，還是匆匆去找吃的東西吧！

But I am not interested in it. Living in Hong Kong, an international city, I had get used to those high buildings, crowded people, TV Mons and lightboxes. So, we decided to go quick to get our horse sashimi.

我們去的餐廳叫「肉壽司」，顧名思義，自然是以肉食為主的餐廳！肉壽司共有4層，地下是酒吧為主，二三四樓則是餐廳部份，我們走到3樓的位置坐下，第一件事當然要點一個馬肉刺身！然後我翻著菜譜，再點了一個豚肉刺身和壽司拼盤，最後翻到酒水那一頁，我竟發現了馬肉清酒！馬奶酒我喝過，但馬肉清酒我未聽都未聽過，不要多想，點了再說！

The restaurant we went is called the “Meat Sushi”. Obviously it is mainly for meat dishes. They are 4 floors. The ground floor is the bar area. We went up to the 3rd floor and started ordering. The first thing to order was of course horse sashimi! Then we ordered a pork sashimi and sushi plate. Looking at the drinks menu, I saw the horse meat sake! I had tried horse milk wine before but never tried horse meat sake! Order!

馬肉清酒來了！是清酒的味道，有很重的米香，但夾雜了肉的味道，我對馬肉的味道還不是很熟識，但這個相信就是馬肉的味道！至於酒精度，大約15-20度吧，所以不擅酒的朋友要小心了。

Yeah the horse meat sake arrived! There’s a strong fragrance of rice, and also meat. The alcohol is around 15-20 degree.

再來的是馬肉刺身，我回香港後很多朋友都問我馬肉到底是什麼味道。其實我也說不準，因為這是我未嚐過的味道，加上刺身本就是味道較淡的，真要說的話，有點像駝鳥肉吧！(不要再問我鴕鳥肉是什麼味道，我答不出來了 XD)不過口感十分好，就像三文魚生一樣鮮嫩、肥美，我真的很想再叫一碟！

Coming was the horse sashimi! Actually many friends asked me how it tasted. I really can’t tell exactly. It’s something I didn’t try before. If I really need to say, it is like the meat of ostrich. (Please don’t ask me how ostrich taste. I really can’t tell XD). But the texture is really good! It’s like salmon, fresh. I wanted order one more dish!

不過這餐廳的價錢的確很貴，只是幾個菜加清酒，已經要$8000 Yen!所以嚐試過期待已久的馬肉刺後，我們轉移場地，到了一家很便宜的迴轉壽司繼續吃，這一晚，我應該胖了幾公斤 XD

But the price was really expensive…the few dishes already costed us $8000 yen. So we switched to another sushi go-around restaurant to enjoy our second meal. I believed I gained a few pounds one night.

基本上我每次介紹一個地方後都會加一點自己的感想，但這次真的沒有，因為我來渋谷只是吃 XD 不過渋谷是很有趣的地方，你在街上會隨意看到醉倒街頭的人，不論男女，不論老少，但附近經過的人都見怪不怪，漠然無視。這其實跟日本人的精神壓力有關，他們有極大的工作壓力，至於為何我就不多說了，始終我沒有深入了解，但只知道他們晚上下班後都不會回家，而是到居酒屋喝酒直到最後一班鐵路才趕回家。

Generally I always express some of my feeling after sharing a place. But this time I have nothing to express haha. Because I was just going shibuya to eat. But Shibuya is an interesting place. You can see drunk people everywhere. The old, the young, male, female, all sleeping on the street. And the people around have no feeling and just ignore them. I know that the working pressure of Japanese is so so high. They like to drink after work until the last train,

很多人見到東京的繁華，但我只看到這繁華是日本人的壓力換來的，而香港，雖比不上東京，但也差不多……

We always see the bustling of Tokyo, but ignore that it is exchanged from the pressure of Japanese. And Hong Kong, although not as bad as Tokyo, but it’s similar……
