运动是投资? 怎么一回事?
N年前,毕业后出来”混” 就认为不该把钱全花掉。
省吃俭用。投资基金股票都为了将来。希望能赚点钱让将来好过一点。不是吗？
现在看到年轻人，很多都管不了这么多。没有投资的概念，很多甚至花的比赚的多。
储蓄点钱。做点投资。为了将来。未雨绸缪。还是需要的。要不然，将来有事情需要一笔钱，是很难找到人借给你。讲钱伤感情。有时候，为了钱，连朋友都没的做。
为了将来只须投资金钱吗？不止。
你也把感情投资在另一半。别说养儿防老是投资。现在，我可不信这一套。
我相信为了自己的将来，除了不把钱全花掉，还要生体健康。现代人，很多做办公室工作的多忙多忙。整天坐着。坐了一整天回家，还想累了。没时间。运动？别找我。运动认识我，我不认识运动。
运动就是投资在你的生体健康。年轻时，健康追求财富。日后，可别用财富追求健康。小弟个人认为“运动”的含义是运用下和动一动你少动的身体部分，运用你身上比较少动到的部位。别让它僵硬。开始僵硬就这里疼痛。种种问题开始。科技越发达，人的寿命也越来越长。
所以，在这呼吁一下大家。如果没有运动的习惯就开始找些活动，投资在自己的身体健康上。没注意？更我一样去学太极拳。或看看 @saramiller 做做瑜珈。要去健身房？找 @mrpointp 吧。
