干煎五花肉

吃肉多了,发现要有肥肉才是香啊,所以优选五花肉,肥瘦搭配真心好吃( ⊙ o ⊙ )啊!这个菜做法简单,上手快,味道也很赞
食材清单:

五花肉:300g

蘸料:适量

蘸酱:适量

厨具:首选厚底铸铁平底锅,替代选择建议用电饼铛

具体做法:

1.冷冻切片

2.把肉片fangzaigu放在锅中,不用放油,先开大火后转小火,煎出油。

3.多翻几次,煎到两面焦黄。

4.然后选择自己喜欢的蘸料,装盘开吃。
