红烧茄子家常菜

1.茄子切块,放盐腌制30分钟(这样做的目的是茄子不吸油)

2.冲洗干净,拧开水分,加2勺玉米淀粉拌匀

3.六成油温入锅炸,炸至微黄捞出备用。

4.另起锅炒香蒜末,青红辣椒。

5.倒入茄子,倒入调好料汁。(调酱汁比例:两勺生抽,半勺老抽,一勺蚝油,半勺白糖,1小勺盐,1勺玉米淀粉,再加半碗清水搅匀)
