🎊【CN区美食活动#4】—个人厨艺🍁胡想千叶情🍁

话说已进入24节气中的立冬节气了 天气很应景啊 一股冷空气将入侵我江西省
接下来一周 南昌都是阴雨☔️连绵的天气😓
并进入了降温模式... 柔弱的我已然穿上棉马甲了...嘿嘿~

好言归正题 紧赶慢赶的我这是第二次有幸参加CN区@abcallen举办的美食活动 这是活动第4期是展示个人才艺的 但是也挺不好意思了又是最后一个参加🙈 实在是没多余时间呀 重在参与咯 做菜对于我而言也不算是啥难事哈😄 下午我利用2小时午休 抽空赶回家随意做了这个~我自创随想的营养家常菜取名为胡想千叶情😄
名字源自于它是由胡萝卜 干香菇和千叶豆腐组成哈😄

下面我就开始我的表演哈😜
如图1⃣配料:香菇丝 浸泡香菇的第二遍的水 胡萝卜小丝（刀工不太行哈时间太仓促了🙈 其实我认真的时候是切的很美滴😜）千叶豆腐

做法:2⃣胡萝卜小丝下热锅冷油翻炒 炒出有胡萝卜素颜色后...

3⃣再放香菇丝继续翻炒 炒出香味来

4⃣再下千叶豆腐 下锅翻动数下后

5⃣加开水 调小火盖锅慢炖15分钟

6⃣等看到锅里的颜色成黄色了

7⃣加一点点浓汤宝 2分钟后加一点盐

8⃣用浸泡香菇的第二遍水加生粉勾芡后就可起锅了✌...放片芹菜叶点缀下🍀

PS:这里我简单说明下为神马要用浸泡香菇的水勾芡呢 很多人可能都会把浸泡香菇的水倒掉 其实倒了很可惜的
干香菇在浸泡过程中 它的一些营养成分会溶于水中 如水溶性的B族维生素和多糖物质可增强免疫力等
你只要事先把干香菇洗干净再浸泡第二遍的水是可以继续再有利用价值滴...

而且这道菜非常适合素食者
特别是老人 小孩纸享用喔😊
