人到中年的危机感

人到中年了，肩上的担子越来越重了，上有父母下有儿女，工作基本不稳定，私营的小厂，没有五险一金，没有存款。半夜总是辗转反侧难以入睡，心里很压抑，很迷茫，不知何去何从，唉！--生活（生存）对于我来说是艰难的。
