准备材料 鲜面条700克,绿豆芽200克,红彩椒40克,猪肉60克,盐、白糖、料酒、香油各1茶匙,老抽2茶匙,干淀粉、胡椒粉各1/2茶匙,葱、姜、蒜、植物油各适量 。
1 鲜面条放入开水锅中煮至八成熟,捞出
2 煮好的面条过清水后沥干水分,用香油拌匀
3 红彩椒切丝
4 葱切段,蒜、姜均切片
5 猪肉切丝,用料酒、胡椒粉、干淀粉抓匀
6 起油锅,油温升至四成热时放入肉丝滑炒至变色
7 放入葱姜蒜炒香,再放入绿豆芽翻炒1分钟
8 放入面条、红彩椒丝,加盐、白糖、老抽,大火翻炒2分钟即可出锅
