Perennial herb, distributed in Asia, Europe and Africa.
多年生草本. 分布于亚欧大陆及非洲.

Because of its anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and blood coagulation effects, local use can stop bleeding and promote healing of wounds. Westerners used it to heal wounded soldiers. Ancient Greek hero Achilles has used the leaves of yarrow in the Trojan War to heal wounded soldiers, so they were also called "Soldier herbs" and their scientific name was also taken as "Achillea".
因其具有消炎抗菌和促进血液凝结的功效, 局部使用可止血和促进伤口痊愈, 西洋人用于治愈伤兵. 据说古希腊的英雄阿喀琉斯(Achilles)在特洛伊战争中, 就是用这种叶子为负伤的士兵疗伤的, 所以又被称为”士兵草”, 其学名也被取为“Achillea”.

In ancient China, the《I Ching》used dry grass stems for divination. in medieval Europe people used it as an additive for beer.

Edible portion: The whole plant, whose young shoots are often used as vegetables, can be cooked or used as a soup. Herba tea has a fragrance and a spicy taste that promotes sweating and excretes toxins from the body. It also promotes blood circulation and lowers blood pressure.
食用部分: 全草, 其嫩芽常作为蔬菜, 可以烹饪或作汤. 洋蓍草茶有清香和辣味, 能促进发汗, 把毒素排出体外, 也能促进血液循环, 降低血压.
