買入股票收息吧, 放在一邊每年收利息就好.
買不起房產也可買REIT , 即是証劵化了的房產, REIT每年必須把租金收入90%用作派息派回股東, 而且不用煩租務/保養問題.
香港REIT 有領展, 置富等等

      REITS + 1 每半年收一次息。買對了可以做桿加大收息力度！

        太感谢你了，没想到逛steemit能有这个收获。我在京东金融上看到一款REITs投资基金：鹏华美国房地产，门槛不过，准备入手一些。国内好像提REIT的不多，或许是个机会。再次感谢！
