老太开车与出租相撞 获赔14万

74 岁老太太开车买菜，与一辆出租车撞在一起，出租车司机以为白发老太无证驾驶，报了警。经检查老太有驾驶证，交警部门认定出租车负事故全部责任。经鉴定，老太太的伤情构成十级伤残，近日，法院判决出租车投保的保险公司赔偿老太 14 万余元。
