Thank you for such a great proposed post!! I will cut to the point, the Hong Kong Government is stupid!! They do not know how to invest in making Hong Kong a better place to live. Neither do they have the insight to make the proper decisions to lead Hong Kong to a greater place!! Self sustainablility is such a hot topic world wide yet Hong Kong does not have the will to solve this issue!! Majority of the things in Hong Kong must be importanted, such a shame with no self true value!!!
