Traveling is a best option to getaway of my daily work. "Work hard , Play harder" is my rules to balance work and life. Getaway is to prepare for next run. When I plan a trip, either i would like a lazy relaxing trip or a spiritual traveling. Relaxing in a trip is mostly enjoying the views and foods while spiritual traveling is deep travel connecting with cultural , local lifestyle and people.

旅行是逃離現實工作的最好的選擇. 努力工作努力玩樂是做人的宗旨有助於平衡工作和生活中的壓力. 休息是為了走更遠的路. 當我計劃一個長途的旅行, 腦海中選擇一個放鬆玩樂的旅行方式或者是一個深度旅遊方式. 前者是視覺和感官上的享受, 後者是精神上與文化觸覺的感受.

Vietnam, one of my favorite countries in term of foods and places, is a south east asia;also, is bordered by China to the north, Laos to the northwest, Cambodia to the southwest, Thailand across the Gulf of Thailand to the southwest, and the Philippines, Malaysia and Indonesia across the South China Sea to the east and southeast. Capital city is Hanoi and Largest city is Ho Chi Minh City . Chinese culture had a lot of influence to Vietnam politically and economically.

越南是我最喜歡的國家之一,我喜歡越南美食和的風景. 是因為其過去見受到不同文化所影響. 越南位於是東南亞，北接中國，西接老撾，西南是柬埔寨，泰國的西南，和菲律賓，馬來西亞和印度尼西亞橫跨南中國海東部和東南部。首都是河內，最大的城市是胡志明市。中國文化對越南的政治和經濟影響很大。

However, this time, i will bring to another city called Danang ,the third large city and discovering the luxury resort InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort.

不過，這一次，我會去到另一個叫做峴港的城市，越南第三大城市，來到峴港太陽半島度假村豪華度假村。

The resort is located in the Sơn Trà Peninsula of Da Nang, which is also known as Monkey Mountain. The design of the resort is inspired by the culture of traditional Vietnamese with luxury and contemporary elements.It is very well-known internationally and was awarded.

度假村位於峴港的SơnTrà半島，也被稱為猴山。度假村的設計靈感來自於傳統越南文化和奢華的現代化，在國際上擁有相當的知名度，並得到不少獎項。

In this resort, you can choose staying in different levels. As this is a cliffside resort, a funicular railway has been installed from the aptly-named Heaven (top) to Earth (ground) levels. On each level, you will enjoy different sea views and sunset views.

That time I stayed in a Earth levels. In this large and width cliffside resort, I would have to be picked up from the mini van to restaurants, leisure room and main lobby. This gives me absolutely privacy. A great activity is is meditate while staying away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

那時候，我居住在下層寧靜的房間。在這個大而寬闊的懸崖度假勝地，必須從乘搭酒店內迷你吉普車到餐館，休閒室和主要大廳。下層房間瑟縮一角,遠離大廳給我絶對的隱私。讓我好好享受和冥想，遠離喧囂城市的生活。

Here come to the room. The design is vietnamese mixed with western system combined white and black color.

這裡來到房間。 這種設計是越南西式系統黑配白混合風格 。

Dinning in the neutral with monkeys. It would be fun to see monkeys around and i wish they would be as kind as macaque monkeys in Japan. In contrast, naughty monkey would climb into your room and steal fruits which i experienced 6 years ago in South Africa travel

In the evening, we got invited to a GM gathering. Customers tell their feedback to GM and manager. Manager teams explain how this cliffside resort was built and hotel facilities. GM was from Spain. That is a chance to tell my request in Spanish. God asked me not to waste my Spanish study :P

黃昏時分,我們被邀請到酒店主管的宴會, 宴會目的是要和客人進一步交流分享酒店的安排和設施, 結果發現酒店總裁是 西班牙人, 天就是給我機會施展出的西班牙語渾身解數, 好歹也在西班牙待過一年多 。

GM said to us that is not a problem for late Check out . That is 5star hotel service.

酒店主管一句沒問題,馬上安排, 足夠體驗星級酒店的服務 。

In each floor, there is a huge sofa aside the window for chilling and reading. When I looked up the sky, you feel that you are at the heaven.

在每個樓層，都有一個巨大的沙發旁邊的窗戶冷靜閱讀。 當我仰望天空，彷佛置身天堂中。

Pool side bar is too nice to enjoy a drink. You can either drink next to the bar or in the pool. I chose not to get up for a whole day

喝酒可選擇在游泳池中酒吧, 也您可以在旁邊的酒吧喝酒。我寧可選擇在酒吧沙發上待一整天。

Inside the restaurant and main building, i could not say it is traditional vietnamese style. It is more a combined western vietnamese architecture design. Each zone has its own signature of design with its color. From Black and white => Green and wood => Dark grey. From Modern => nature => Fashion. I was fascinated by the architecture.

在餐廳和主樓，不全是傳統的越南風格。 它更是一個融合的西方風格的越南建築設計。 每個區域都有其自己的設計顏色。 從黑色和白色=>綠色和木頭=>深灰色。 從現代=>自然=>時尚。 天啊 , 我被迷住了。

Vietnamese Cuisine 越南菜

• Pho 越式湯河
  (pronounced “fur”) The basic bowl of pho consists of a light beef or chicken broth flavoured with ginger and coriander. This is totally different to those i tried in USA or in Hong Kong. I found this very fresh with Vietnamese ingredient.

  （發音為“Fur”）基本的越式湯河,是用薑和香菜調味的輕牛肉或雞肉湯。這與我在美國或香港嘗試的完全不一樣。 我發 現這個越式湯河用了越南香料非常新鮮。

• Goi con越式春捲/越式米紙卷
  Fried spring rolls packed with greens, coriander and various combinations of minced pork. More i like is the Magical dipping source on the veggies and rolls enlightened my tongue.

炸米紙卷包括蔬菜，香菜和各種豬肉碎片。我更喜歡的是那魔法醬汁施在簡單的米紙, 變出開啟味蕾的主菜。

• Barbecue越式燒烤
  It is a Japanese Vietnamese tempura style fried chicken and shrimp.

越式這是一種越式日本天婦羅風味的炸雞和炸蝦。

My favorite Vietnamese dish is always PHO. It reminds me good old time in Seattle. :)

我最喜歡的越南菜總是PHO 越式湯河 。 這讓我想起了舊時西雅圖的日子。:)
