这种房子看起来价格便宜，但是政策限制多，也很难买。像北京霍营这边的有些楼，离地铁近，本身价格应该巨高，但是现价却比周围便宜，原因就和你说的一样。不仅政策门槛高，而且要全款，而且水电价也是普通住宅楼的4倍多。
