菜鸟学菜 | 虾肉饺子

最近对煮菜烧饭有了极大的兴趣,特此开辟“菜鸟学菜”系列,希望自己在烹饪这条阳光大道上越走越得意😎

第一次自制肉馅饺子的饺子馅失败后,有朋友推荐用虾肉作馅,据说是绝对不会失败的!那还等什么,来吧。

买了14元新币的海虾,去壳抽线洗净,把虾剁成泥,不要太细最好是颗粒状。芦笙切末,葱切末。
放在一只大碗里,加个鸡蛋,加少许盐,料酒少许,白胡椒少许,色拉油多一些。

搅拌均匀,放入冰箱。不晓得为什么好多水,希望放一阵子以后会干一些。估计是我洗虾的时候,没有滴干虾肉。

来自上海的超补薄饺子皮。

中午包饺子,用虾肉包饺子,果然好吃多了,大概比上次的好吃十倍吧!

大家有什么菜鸟级的菜肴推荐呢?我很想学习煮水煮鱼片呢,这样就不用出去吃啦!

爽口不?虾饺有个秘籍,那就是放一点点猪油渣,香到没朋友!

好我下次试试看!我觉得这次我放了点猪肉好像不放更好。
