今天中午又去了这家Telok Ayer 街韩国人开的中餐馆，吃炸酱面。
这家店名有很醒目的黑色招牌，上书红红的三个隶书汉字：“东方红”。
这一家的炸酱面是我在新加坡吃过最好吃的了！
非常受韩国人的欢迎，当年介绍我来的就是个首尔人；每次来，店里满满坐着的都是韩国人。
满盘的酱汁，需要拨开些，才能让大家看到面。面条不是小麦做的，是米粉制成。
入口虽说少了小麦的冲劲，却多了几分江南的柔韧。

背景探寻：
老板是1966年生于韩国首尔的华侨后裔，他持的却是台湾护照。原来早期的华侨因为自己民族文化优越感，不愿意归化韩国。在1952年韩战爆发后，中韩断绝关系，韩国开始排斥华侨，而当时的中国也不承认韩国华侨。当时台湾的国民党政府在韩国设立代表处，接受了他们，于是大多数没有到过台湾的韩国华侨，取得了台湾护照。可是拥有台湾护照的韩国华侨，没有台湾身份证，所以每次出入台湾还是需要申请签证，麻烦重重。
华侨，特别是早些年的华侨，在哪里都是一部厚重的打拼史啊！
