家乡的特色――立夏粥

我家乡是一个千年古镇,历来重视农桑,对二十四节气特别的敏感。每个节气将临,都有一些祭祀的活动,或者是一个应节的食品,用来提醒不要忘记忙农活。虽然现在已经没有田地了,不再需要忙农活,但是这个节气的美食却流传下来了。

立夏粥的材料:糯米丸子、木耳、瘦肉、煎豆腐、豆芽、粉丝、豌豆、皮蛋、鸡蛋

制作的过程比较复杂,平时在家里是吃不到的,只有在每年立夏的那一天,家里的长辈才会煮这道粥吃。因为食材非常的丰富,所以这道粥的味道相当鲜美,老少皆宜。

到我这一代就不会煮了,明年决定自己跟妈妈学做这道粥,不然一道美味就要这样流失了。
