中国政府又号召要打黑，即打击黑社会流氓团伙。话是不错，谁也不能说黑社会流氓团伙不能打，问题是运动式的治理终究不是法制，逢节严打，逢会严打，重要外宾来访前严打，治安管理不是爱国卫生运动，一哄而起的全民打黑很容易走腔变调，淪为硬打甚至黑打。23-02-35-60922550ba.jpg22-22-34-u=2345194832,3580682463&fm=27&gp=0.jpg
