City Walk #3 Vegetarian Lunch in Tea Hotpot 鸟市之旅 -3 茶火锅| 素说，慈心斋

中午，太阳火辣的很，现在街边到处都在施工，就想着找个清凉去火的店儿吃点东西。看到三两人从一个小门里出来了，上面写着茶火锅，我心想，茶煮的锅，口味应该比较清爽，走进一看菜单很满意，这便开始了午餐。

坐下后，发现整个装修风格清新素雅，吃的也都是菜为主，没有肉，可谓是当今火锅中的一股清流了。我点的锅底是花果茶，配菜方面加了素食排骨，素食肉丸，豆腐皮和宽粉。开胃汤是红豆汤，喝着微甜，搭上特色的素食饼，有点像越南面包那感觉。今天中午为了健康，我也是拼了，体验了把素食主义者，现在到了上菜时间，翠花，上斋食！

It's pretty hot today,the whole city is becoming a construction site,everywhere is dust and it smells awful,adding the temperature of sunlight,nothing could be worse than that. To try to not get myself sick,I decided to go with vegetarian,no meat 100%. It was a hotspot,first time I walked into the restaurant I could smell tea and my stomach started to singing for sure,I am hungry. The decoration style is simple,less light,more vegetable. For the base,I am having the tea with flowers and fruits in it,plus few vegetables, meatball and spare ribs. Remember I said before,it's vegetarian time. Yes,everything was made of vegi,pretty healthy,ah? Time to eat now,my stomach is gonna eat me.

I've given with a leaf with their motto on it,it says,vegs has more power than we could imagine,it's strong enough to change the world to be a better place,sounds like Jackson. "Be a vegetarian,making a better place,for you and for me and entire human race",forgive me Michael,I can't help but sing it. Tomatoes,mango,red dates,they are all good for my health.

煮开的火锅茶香四溢，锅底中有一片印有这家店的名言的叶子，据说这是从云南空运来的。叶子上纹路很清晰，看着确实很有禅意，上面写道，“素食影响生活，慈心改变世界”。想想看，感觉自己吃了顿素食火锅都在为世界坐着贡献心里就高兴呢，很有哲理的一句话。锅底中的红的绿的都有，番茄，红枣，芒果都是很健康的(⊙o⊙)哦

前面看到锅中漂浮的叶子上的那句素食影响生活还半信半疑，吃了一阵儿真的有感觉到不一样。不同于大鱼大肉，这么热的天很容易产生烦躁的情绪，静静地吃了会儿感觉心很平静，也很开心。必须要说的是，绿色的海藻条真的很好吃，因为是福利来着，我吃了好几碗。

I had doubts about being a vegetarian could change the world for a better place,until I sit there for a while,I could really feel the difference. People made up the whole world,only people are happy and satisfied with their everyday life will do good influence to the whole community or the whole planet. I feel calm and happy when I was eating these food,it's unbelievable!
