今日是family day，自然醒来发现还不到8点钟，依照计划外出和嫲嫲吃早餐。

老城区早茶点心较多，看着菜单上密密麻麻的菜式，我一直在想，这一款叫“避风塘炒萝卜糕”，究竟和避风塘有什么样的故事呢？

          😊不容易胀气还好接受，嫲嫲年岁已高，喜欢偏素食的煎炒类，避免肉腥味，饺子例外。这也是老年营养不良的首因。
