HF21将缩短点赞时间（从15分钟改成1分钟）

记得刚加入STEEM的时候，帖子有个早鸟惩罚的规则。就是如果你在30分钟内点赞，你获得的部分点赞收益将归于作者。30分钟内，越早点赞，归于作者的收益就越多。

HF20后，对这个规则进行了修改。点赞时间从30分钟改成了15分钟，同时本来归于作者的点赞收益将放回STEEM奖金池。

现在HF21将要来临，又对这个规则进行了修改。从15分钟改成了1分钟。如果早于1分钟点赞，部分点赞收益同样放回STEEM奖金池。

其实改来改去，目的是为了防止机器人抢点赞收益，但是效果并不是很好。机器人从之前15-30分钟后点赞，改成了7-15分钟点赞。照样可以获得很好的点赞收益。

但是因为这个点赞规则，让用户体验变得极其的不好。

很多人看到一篇文章，想要给作者点赞。但是想了想点赞规则，觉得在15分钟或者30分钟后点赞比较好，然后跳过这篇文章，等15分钟或者30分钟后回来点赞。但是经常过后就把这事给忘记了。

点赞不应该随心的吗？看到好文就不需要考虑是否多少分钟后点赞效果才最好。

改成1分钟后，可能机器人会抢了大部分的点赞收益，但是会提高用户体验。 ---

          这个5个标签限制只是前端限制的，steem链上没有这个限制。
