年老心不老，只是心态而已，体力上不得不服老。年轻时，女儿在肩膀上常玩，且可以走很久也没什么感觉，现在把7个月的小外孙女骑在肩上10分钟也顶不住。年纪大了，体力上不服老还真不行，未来还是保持一颗平常心，多做快乐事，多说开心话为好，持有明净的心，欣赏世界的美，过好退休后的快乐时光。
