唯美食不可负也·西红柿炒粉

之前看了三毛写的文章,她把粉丝比作“雨”,说是下雨的时候有农民伯伯用特殊的剪子把雨丝剪下,就成了粉丝。
我很喜欢这种说法,仿佛粉丝这种普普通通的东西也有了一些仙气。

这次的灵感来自于意大利面酱。用黄油炒香火腿,撒入黑胡椒,放入西红柿炒成酱,然后下入煮好的粉丝,大火收汁。

不得不说黑胡椒和西红柿是绝配,再加入火腿丁,配上黄油特殊的香味。酸爽开胃,清爽可口。鉴于粉丝太干,于是又浇上一勺汤,直接吃感觉会更好。
