春节忙年,爸妈都好累了。家里就我一个大闲人,那就自告奋勇给爸妈做个午饭吧!除了已经做好的牛肉、排骨、猪脚,午饭就差个青菜。刚好在上海学会了白菜烧肉,那中午就吃它了~
烧菜过程当中,老妈一直不放心的在身边看着。我,,,实不相瞒,其实对下厨很有经验的。可是麻麻不这么认为。一会儿提醒我天然气要打开,一会儿提醒不要烫到。可她最关心的还是——白菜烧肉里面有没有加葱姜蒜~
麻麻说,不加葱姜蒜的炒菜不好吃~可是,我大南方烧菜就是清淡呀。好在成品味道不错,麻麻也终于不再纠结炒菜必须要加这些才会有味道了。
有机会让麻麻尝尝南方的小圆子,我最爱荠菜猪肉馅儿~这样的味道对于北方人民来说似乎是不能想象滴~
