This is also a clear sign of freedom in China that you will never see in the USA, a supposedly free country where the street vendors have been banned.

yeh,In China you can buy almost everything on the street vendors,especially some local snacks that you cannot sample in restaurants.

In the USA, the lawyers have sue many activities and products out of existence. If you have left over food, you can not give them to poor people or even homeless people for fear of being sued or be shut down by the heath police. There are countless examples, but this is just one.
Kids are not allowed to sell lemonade is another. Kids are not allowed to work due to child labor laws that claim to "protect" children.
