中国房价可能不算太高，因为因素太多。一般情况买房比租房更好，例子：我现在winnipeg房子每月1200 CAD,出租1700.租房帮人家养奶牛，供房自己养奶牛，租房25年等于给65%房子人家。只有城市有人口流入，我暂时没见多少个10年内房价会跌城市。
