这是一个非常令人悲伤的往事，人命关天。但是，我觉得应该想想，这个事件是否应该追责呢？管理部门是否失职呢?

    后续我没有关注，放到今天一定会追求市政责任的，下水道应该有卡口设计，能被冲走的都有问题。
