不知大家对最新的facebook海外营销是否感兴趣?昨天有幸得到facebook四年来第一次在上海举办的海外营销电商峰会入场券(主持人打趣说是照顾我们江浙沪包邮区),在大boss的护航下,和小伙伴们 @hannahwu @candiceji @lucyshow 整装来到会场-上海浦香格里拉大酒店。
@hannahwu 已经介绍了一些本次峰会的一些情况相约上海浦东香格里拉Facebook营销论坛 My visit to Facebook Holiday Event at Shanghai Shangri-La Hotel。我来整理一些具体的干货吧,主要讲三点。
一,最新节日营销洞察
不要坐等购买意向,我们要主动为消费者制造购买意向!那么节日是一个很好的营销切入点,电商的节日就是全球人民的节日,各大商家都不会错过!在大家都蜂拥而上的时候,我们如何做到脱颖而出呢?首先,需要提前准备,机会是会降临给有准备的人的,也就是说我们一定要“提前种草”。三个问题你就知道要从何入手:
Where do you currently do business?
What industry are u in?
What is your campaign objective?
我们必须非常清楚我们的目标市场,什么时间该推什么产品?然后在现有产品的基础上,扩展产品品类,抓住额外商机!另外一点,节日后一周也是一个机会,二次刺激消费,难免会有没有赶上节日促销的消费者呢!
二,自动化提升效率和销量
Facebook新推出的Dynamic Ads Broad Audience便是一把利器,它既可以帮我们定位到有效的新客,也可以帮我们做再营销。也许在这边你会有疑问了,怎么做到的呢?
Well,现在是一个大数据时代,facebook会基于用户的一切行为而判定。
比如即使你在朋友的timeline看到一款很漂亮的包包,只要你点击或者留言互动过,那么接下去的一段时间里,你的timeline上面便会出现一些推荐包包的广告了,这就是动态广告根据人们在facebook或者其他网络平台表现出的购物意向自动展示商品目录中的相关商品的功能了;
如果你点击了这些广告但并未产生购买,那么接下去的另一段时间,这家广告主的包包会换着花样显示在你面前,这便是动态广告根据网站或应用访客感兴趣的商品定制广告单元了。
除此之外,还有价格标签Text overlay新广告样式,目前正在测试阶段还未全线开放,如若能加上价格,在节日来临前便能传递更强的节日销售信息给消费者了!
三,从创意到转化
跟大部分广告主一样,大家最关心的还是转化ROI。主要由一点切入,那就是视频。
据大数据报告预测,到2020年,75%的移动数据流量都会来自视频!
那么以人们喜欢的视频消费方式打造视频广告便是重中之重了,一条好的视频创意广告很快会吸引人眼球!
“动静结合”,在现有的静态素材下加入动态元素,大数据报告显示,这一点小小的改变给广告主带来了150%以上的销售提高。
之前并没有太多的关注视频,而近段时间,google,facebook在其各类峰会上都大力推行视频,视频已然成为未来的一种趋势,我们应该行动起来了。
