這次會帶大家到紅磡試試這間專門賣超大Pizza的餐廳。這間餐廳名叫Checkmate，也就是在棋盤上「將軍」的意思，整個店面裝潢都以西洋棋黑白相間的棋盤為主題，很符合它的名字。
在門口就能透過櫥窗看見超大塊的Pizza了。這間餐廳標榜所用的麵粉和醬料都是即日新鮮製造的呢。
可能我們比較晚用餐的關係吧，餐廳內沒有多少人。
桌面就像西洋棋的棋盤呢，裝潢簡潔，帶點紐約時尚感。
先看看餐牌，因為店員不是香港人，點菜時還要說英語呢。
香蒜辣椒意大利麵(Spaghetti Aglio E Olio)，蒜味有點重。
有駐唱歌手表演，雖然都沒有多少客人，但他們都表演得十分投入，那個駐唱女歌手還唱得十分不錯呢。
這款叫Gambit的Pizza，其實也就是經典的夏威夷口味啦！Pizza配搭火腿、菠蘿、粟米，是我愛吃的經典口味。Pizza很大塊，比起兩個手掌的大小還大呢！
這款Pizza叫作The King，味道也不錯。

hehe nice. I really love Hong Kong, I usually visit once a year for the Hong Kong trade fair. It is such a melting pot and you can find insanely good food from all over the world!
I will visit this place next time I go, because here where i live in Hangzhou mainland the best pizza u can get is pizza hut, and well it is no good compare to the kind i can see in your picture!

Very cool to find you here. I lived in Hong Kong for a year teaching English. I love your city but don't miss paying such high rent! Hong Kong is full of great people and awesome food, but I don't recall eating much pizza though :)
It's funny how pizza is made differently all over the world. If corn was put on top of pizza in my home town of Albany NY, I don't think anyone would buy it! lol But in Asia it's all good!
